ClipIdea AI is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral short video themes, scripts, and visual prompts. We provide various subscription tiers with different feature access levels.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor (Lemon Squeezy)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.2 No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any subscription purchases, whether monthly or annual. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle
• Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues preventing service use

5. User Generated Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using ClipIdea AI, including video themes, scripts, and visual prompts. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

5.2 License to Us

By using our service, you grant ClipIdea AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
• Display your content as examples in marketing materials (only with your explicit consent)

5.3 Content Disclaimer

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USE OF GENERATED CONTENT.

• We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of AI-generated content
• You must review and verify all generated content before use
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform policies
• We do not guarantee that generated content will be original or free from third-party rights
• You indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of generated content

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use ClipIdea AI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights or impersonate others
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our service
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Use automated tools to abuse our API or service limits

6.1 Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

ClipIdea AI strictly prohibits NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. You may NOT use the Service to generate, upload, or share:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Depictions of nudity or sexual acts
• Non-consensual sexual content
• Content sexualizing minors

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against NSFW content. We utilize automated safety filters to prevent the generation of such content. Any violation will result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

ClipIdea AI, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology without written permission.

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may suspend service for maintenance with reasonable notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
• Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Misuse the service in any way

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any generated content stored on our platform. You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
